No Stored Pinterest Data: We do not store or create a database of your Pinterest boards, pins, or any associated content. Our analysis is performed on-demand and in real-time.

2. How Our Service Works (Information We Use Temporarily)

To provide you with curated shopping recommendations, our service performs the following steps when you activate it on a Pinterest board:

The Extension sends the URL of the public Pinterest board you are currently viewing to our secure server.

Our server uses the official Pinterest API to access the image URLs from that specific board. This information is held temporarily in active memory for the sole purpose of the analysis.

This visual data is sent to a third-party AI service (such as Google's Gemini API) for real-time aesthetic analysis.

Based on this analysis, we generate product recommendations from our affiliate partners.

Once the recommendations are sent back to your browser, all temporary information related to your request (including the board URL and any data from Pinterest) is immediately discarded from our server's memory.

3. Anonymized, Aggregated Data for Service Improvement

To improve our recommendation engine, we may collect anonymized and aggregated interaction data. This data is completely anonymous, cannot be traced back to any individual user, and helps us make our "Taste Layer" smarter for everyone.
